MacKenzie Cooper
MacKenzie Cooper is the district manager for the Mid-Cities office. MacKenzie recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors of science in psychology and a minor in business. In her 4 1/2 years at Vector, she has run two branch offices while she was in school and opened her district office right after she graduated. MacKenzie has traveled all over the country and the world with the company including places like Mexico, Ireland, and Spain. While travel is one of MacKenzie’s favorite parts of the job, she also loves to help representatives develop the skills necessary to succeed in whatever career field they choose and help develop them into young professionals.

Tatum Van Pelt
EXECUTIVE RECRUITING ASSISTANT
Tatum Van Pelt is currently a senior at James Martin High School and plans to attend college once she graduates. In her role, Tatum oversees all of the recruiting and marketing for the office, bringing creativity and strategy to the team’s digital presence. Tatum’s favorite part of the job is the people and the environment. She loves the relaxed atmosphere that still pushes her to grow and perform at a high level.

Reece McCoy
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Reece McCoy started with Vector Marketing in May of 2025. He currently attends the University of Texas at Arlington, where he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business with a double focus in management and marketing. Reece’s dream career is to become an automotive designer, combining his creativity with his passion for the automotive industry. Reece is getting the opportunity to open a branch office as part of our internship program. One of Reece’s favorite parts of the job is meeting new people and building meaningful connections. He enjoys developing relationships, growing his communication skills, and helping create a positive, energetic environment in the office.

Seth Beneze
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Seth Beneze is a student at the University of Texas at Arlington, where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. His long-term goal is to open his own tech firm and make an impact in the technology industry. He has be giving the opportunity to open a branch office in the summer of 2026 as part of out internship program. Seth’s favorite part of the job is the culture and the people. He enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team where collaboration, positivity, and encouragement are the norm. He loves the opportunity to connect with coworkers, learn from their experiences, and contribute to an environment where everyone pushes each other to grow and succeed all while being a full-time student.
